Cancellation Policy – Carsafa

At Carsafa, we strive to deliver excellent service with full flexibility. However, in case of cancellations, the following policy applies:

✅ Cancellation by Customer:

• Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time without any charge.

• Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled service may incur a ₹50 convenience fee.

• No-show without cancellation may result in 100% service charge.

✅ Cancellation by Carsafa:

• In rare cases, if we need to cancel due to operational or weather conditions, full amount (if prepaid) will be refunded or rescheduled at customer’s convenience.

• You will be notified via SMS/WhatsApp/app in such cases.

✅ Refund for Prepaid Bookings:

• For valid cancellations, refund (if applicable) is processed to Carsafa Wallet or original payment mode within 3–5 working days.
